Welcome to The FooLS, a story written by me using M. Kirin's FooL solo TTRPG, as well as a variety of other systems to flesh out the world and the characters. The systems I used and my rule set for the story can be found under the 'rules' tab in the navigation bar.

FooL is a solo journaling game which is made to guide you through the plot of an isekai light novel and it inspired me to write and share my journey with it. Along the way, I make some rolls and draw some cards to flesh out what happens, after which I write it up in narrative chapters which you can find under the 'chapters' section of the navigation bar.

This story follows Simon Marin, who, in the genre conventions of isekai dies in the real world only to find himself in the middle of a complex fantasy world called Soufrete that seems all-too-real. The world itself is my little brain worm, although it is, as always, inspired by other media and experiences. To learn more about the world itself, please explore under 'the world' tab of the navigation bar; to learn more about what inspired me, you can check the credits under 'inspiration.'

This is an adult story, written by an adult for adults and as such is not suitable for children. Content warnings will be available on each entry. If any are missed, or, if you have any feedback or thoughts, please let me know through email or through the fillable form on my contact page.

If you have just stopped by, feel free to sign my guestbook and let me know what you thought!

I hope you enjoy this story as much as I enjoyed writing it.
